I’m down to 178.8 pounds. It’s crazy, I lost 2 pounds in a day. This is one of the main reasons why you shouldn’t weigh yourself everyday. I have to as I’m committed to my daily posting. But maybe when I approach my eight week of posting ( my conscience forbids me to say 8 weeks of dieting ) I should post a weekly report on how much I’ve lost. What really matters is your net weight loss in the long term.
Nevertheless, its a little victory for me. If I don’t see a number I like on the scale each morning it gives me reason to be more cautious about my eating habits. If I see what I like, it gives me twice the motivation to continue pursuing my weight loss goals. Weighing yourself everyday might not be for everyone but for me it workds ( lets just say that I’ve gotten used to the frustration it brings )
Things were almost perfect today with the diet except for the chips, cookies later on today. I have mixed feelings today. First I’m quite happy that my scale showed the 178.8, but I feel bad about not really having enough time to prepare healthier food. Its now 11pm, I just got off work, ( i think … ) in half an hour or so, I’ll take my pictures just before bed time!
