Meal 1 ( 1:30 pm )
Half A Cup of Rice
A Cup of Noodles
Some Chicken Breasts
A Glass of Cola

Meal 2 ( 8:30pm )
A Cookie
Half a doughnut

Meal 3( 9:30pm )
Half A Cup of Rice
Chicken Adobo
Bean Noodles

Thoughts

I’ve began reading back on my diet for the past, well… 50 days… it seems that I need to stop eating cookies and cut down on the bean thread noodles. In lieu of rice it has become my main carbohydrate source. I didn’t notice this until I stopped eating it several times and felt really weak, even depressed! It came as a surprised to me that I unconsciously replaced my rice portions with noodle ones! The body needs carbs and it’s going to try and trick you, I tell you!

I should really be careful on what I’m eating. I’ll try to cut down on soda and cola too! Its just a bit hard to throw away those drinks that come free with meals when eating outside. I really don’t want to throw away food. Aside from the cola, cookies and noodles, I do think for the past 50 days I’ve been doing well. The weightloss has long since stalled but I still feel stronger and more energetic than before.
