I’ve decided to eat more often of a bit more healthy food. Since my calorie cutting has severely impacted my workout I’l now try to eat more calories but double all weights in my workouts. Today I got reminded of my friend dan’s suggestion of decreasing volume and increasing weight while doing more exercises. I already feel the difference. These past few weeks my muscles have shrunk faster than my tummy! So I hope this will let my muscles catch up!
