Diet

Meal 1 ( 3:30 pm )
2xHalf A Cup of Rice
Chicken Curry

Meal 2 ( 8:00pm )
Half A Cup of Rice
Fish in Vinegar
2 Cups of Bean Noodles

Exercise

Thoughts

Past few days have been difficult for me. Been working late sleeping less. Recovering worse! I’ll take a few days or a week to off weighing myself to see if it’ll work. Its my 8th week today ( 56th day ), and I seem to be going nowhere. Sleep for me has been the number 1 factor that affects my weight loss. There are days where I only got 2 hours of sleep sometimes as late as 6am. Once again I failed to reach my planned goal. I should be weighing in the low 170s right now. I’m still in the low 180s.

There’s still some motivation left, but its getting increasingly difficult. I’ll try to forget about my poor results now and just keep my head down and keep eliminating the bad habits. I’m at the point where I’m thinking that I’m still on the “before state”. I could re-start my plan now, but I think I’ll finish the 12 weeks before I once again reset my goals to more realistic ones

  1. No wonder your weight is at 1XX, I thought the scale was broken or something. :D

    What’s keeping you up so late this past few days?

    You know a friend told me that one of the best exercises to help you trim your waist and I think a good cardio as well – is more S3X. You could give that one a try, this is a perfect example of working out while having fun. :P

    Try it like 3 times a day hahaha if your stamina can take it.

  2. I’m into half rice diet too! Damn it works! I started eating half rice last month and now I lost 7 LBS. =)
