Bring my Glucose, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL, Liver Values to normal levels and be healthier all around

Diet

For today I had


Meal 1:
  Half a Cup of Rice
4 eggs
Half a Cup of Chopped Beef Steak
A Cup of Mongo Beans with Squash

Meal 2:
  Half a Cup of Rice
Half a Cup of Chopped Beef Steak

Meal 3:
  Half a Cup of Rice
Barbeque
A Cup of Mongo Beans with Squash

Meal 4:
  Half a Cup of Rice
a Cup of Chopped Beef Steak
Others, Energy Drink x2, McDonalds Sundae
