Goals
Lose 5-10 Pounds After 4 Weeks
Lose 10-15 Pounds After 8 Weeks
Lose 15-20 Pounds After 12 Weeks
Lose 43 Pounds of fat for 2012 (from 60 Pounds of fat at 30% BF – 200 lbs)

Bring my Glucose, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL, Liver Values to normal levels and be healthier all around

Diet
I’ll be uploading typical meals I’ve been eating for the duration of the diet.

For today I had


Meal 1:
  Half a Cup of Rice
2 Eggs
Half a Cup of Veggies
2 Hotdogs

Meal 2:
  Half a Cup of Rice
Half a Cup of Chopped Beef Steak
Yams

Meal 3:
  Half a Cup of Rice
2 Eggs
Fish
A Cup of Instant Noodles
Others, Energy Drink x2, Some Fruits

Thoughts

 Becoming a bit busy to log my thoughts. But I’ve been re-aligning my goals so far. I was hoping to lose 2 pounds a week but it just doesn’t seem sustainable after the 4th or 5th week. I’m hoping to lose 1 pound per week for the entire 2012.

Currently, I guesstimate that I’m holding about 60 pounds of fat on my 200 pound 30% body fat frame. If I lose 1 pound a week of fat (difficult, improbably but not impossible) that’s a potential 43 pounds of fat that can be lose for the entire 2012.

I’m setting my eyes on that goal. I guess this one is at least achievable.
