Lose 43 Pounds of fat for 2012 (from 60 Pounds of fat at 30% BF – 200 lbs)

Bring my Glucose, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL, Liver Values to normal levels and be healthier all around

Diet

For today I had


Meal 1:
  Half a Cup of Rice
4 Eggs Scrambled
3 Hotdogs

Meal 2:
  Half a Cup of Rice
Half a Cup of Chopped Beef Steak
Veggies

Meal 3:
  Half a Cup of Rice
Half a Cup of Chopped Beef Steak
Veggies

Meal 4:
  Half a Cup of Rice
Half a Cup of Chopped Beef Steak
Veggies
Others, Energy Drink , Avocado

Thoughts
I’ve been training way beyond the recovery abilities of my 33 year old frame. It’s just been extremely exhausting. I’m beginning to take 2 to 3 day breaks from the gym. Right after my weight lifting workout I sweat for hours.
During my workouts I try my best. But I think I’ve shrank due to my relatively intense workouts. I may be just overtraining and my body screams for food all day long. This is why I’ve went from my usual 2 light meals to 5-meal days.
If I don’t eat enough I’d be tired all day long and dizzy. I should cut back on my exercise as well as my food intake. I don’t want to say 200 pounds fat forever!
