Goals
Lose 5-10 Pounds After 4 Weeks (X)
Lose 10-15 Pounds After 8 Weeks
Lose 15-20 Pounds After 12 Weeks
Lose 43 Pounds of fat for 2012 (from 60 Pounds of fat at 30% BF – 200 lbs)

Bring my Glucose, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL, Liver Values to normal levels and be healthier all around

Diet
I’ll be uploading typical meals I’ve been eating for the duration of the diet.

For today I had


Meal 1:
  Half a Cup of Rice
Canned Mackarel
Instant Noodles

Meal 2:
  Half a Cup of Rice
Canned Mackarel

Meal 3:
  Half a Cup of Rice
Fried Chicken

Meal 4:
  Half a Cup of Rice
Fried Chicken
Others, Energy Drink Twice, 250mL of Cola

Exercise

Shoulders, Tricep, Bicep Day



Thoughts

Today I did something different, I trained while being sore. I was still sore from my chest workouts but decided to hit gym hard. I was panting and really tried to give it at all at gym today.

Side Effect? I could not stop thinking about a bucket full of fried chicken. And yes, I had to have some. I had 2 Large Fried Chicken Breast a few hours after gym.
